Expert Panel is useful when one problem spans several professional domains. It selects complementary perspectives, asks each for a path, risks, and decision-changing evidence, and then cross-examines them before producing a conditional recommendation and first action.

My problem is: 【Describe the problem, known facts, target outcome, and real-world constraints】. Do not propose a solution yet. Choose three genuinely complementary professional perspectives and explain why each one is necessary. Have each perspective answer: 1. How does it redefine the problem? 2. What solution path does it recommend most strongly? 3. What risk are the other perspectives most likely to miss? 4. What new evidence would change its judgment? Then have the three perspectives challenge one another and identify: 1. The facts they all accept. 2. The real disagreements. 3. The different assumptions behind those disagreements. Finish with a synthesis containing: 1. The most strongly recommended combined solution. 2. The conditions where it applies. 3. The largest risk. 4. The exit condition. 5. The first action to take. Do not choose three nearly identical roles, and do not imitate or fabricate the views of real people. If information is missing, ask me only the single most important question first.
